Scott Lindlaw is a partner in the Washington, DC office of FGS Global, and head of US litigation support. He specialises in legal events with the potential to impact reputation and value; patent, trade secret, copyright and trade mark litigation; Department of Justice and other government investigations and enforcement actions; regulator challenges to M&A and other antitrust issues; and cybersecurity incidents and crises of every stripe. Before joining FGS Global, Scott was an attorney at the law firm Orrick, based in Silicon Valley. Prior to his legal career, he was a reporter for the Associated Press for 16 years.
