About Sookyung Chung

Sookyung Chung is a senior foreign attorney at BKL. Sookyung joined BKL in 2018 and has represented both international and Korean clients on cross-border transactions, share and asset purchases, joint ventures and other projects and assisted clients with the establishment of Korean entities and general corporate matters. She has also represented multinational companies in government investigations and regularly advises technology companies on privacy and data protection and other regulatory matters. Prior to joining BKL, she was a corporate attorney at Wall Street law firms. Sookyung is a member of the New York Bar.
