About Brandon Curtis

Brandon Curtis is a partner with Hiser Joy and practices in environmental and natural resource law. He represents clients in the steel manufacturing, mining and electric utility industries, and focuses on assisting clients through the full breadth of the air permitting process. Brandon’s practice includes developing emission inventories, compiling applications, negotiating with regulatory bodies, responding to public comment and litigating permitting decisions before administrative tribunals. Brandon's practice also includes developing customised environmental training designed to improve competency across a corporation and satisfy regulatory obligations on various subjects, including CAA, CWA, RCRA, TSCA, EPCRA and HMR.
