About Trevor Burggraff

Trevor Burggraff is a partner with Hiser Joy and leads the sustainability and compliance audit practice groups. Trevor practices in the areas of environmental compliance, permitting and litigation, as well as advising on federal, state and local air programmes; stormwater and SPCC compliance; and hazardous waste. He has appeared in administrative appeals, state and federal courts, and advised local administrative boards. Trevor assists clients with internal auditing and continuing education programmes. He is the past chair of the state Bar’s Environmental and Natural Resources Law Section and member of Arizona State University Law School’s Council on Law and Sustainability Studies.
