About Francisca Mendes da Costa

Francisca Mendes da Costa is a partner in the Sérvulo & Associados’ public law department. Francisca holds a refresher graduate qualification in water law from the Institute of Political Legal Sciences at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (2013‒14) and a refresher graduate qualification in public procurement from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra (2008). She is certified by the European Academy of Public Law (2010) and graduated in law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra in 2005.
