About Mariana Brazão

Mariana Brazão is a senior associate in Sérvulo’s corporate and M&A department. She began her career at Serra Lopes, Cortes Martins & Associados, and was a principal associate at Cuatrecasas before joining Sérvulo in 2026. Her practice focuses on commercial and corporate law, with extensive experience in M&A transactions, including acquisitions and disposals of companies, mergers and corporate restructurings. Mariana regularly advises clients on corporate matters and commercial contracts, particularly in the food and beverage, agribusiness and tourism sectors. She holds a law degree from the University of Lisbon, where she was also an assistant lecturer.
