About Mariana Costa Pinto

Mariana Costa Pinto is a partner in the intellectual property, life sciences, litigation and TMT departments at SÉRVULO. She has vast experience in IP matters, including nullity, annulment and infringement claims relating to trade marks. She specialises in IP dispute resolution, with extensive experience in trade mark and patent litigation cases in IP courts and arbitration proceedings. She has been appointed as a member of the AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property) and JALP (Associação Internacional de Jovens Advogados de Língua Portuguesa).
