About Mariana Costa Pinto

Mariana Costa Pinto is a partner at Sérvulo & Associados, where she has worked since 2019, following more than 15 years of experience in intellectual property, litigation and regulatory matters. She advises national and international clients, including multinational and pharmaceutical companies, on industrial property rights, particularly national and European patents, trade marks, utility models and unfair competition, as well as on copyright and related disputes. Her practice includes representing clients in infringement, nullity and annulment actions before judicial and arbitral bodies. Mariana began her career in 2004 and is a member of AIPPI and JALP, being registered with the Portuguese Bar Association since 2006.
