About Miguel Santos Almeida

Miguel Santos Almeida is a partner at Sérvulo & Associados in the litigation and arbitration department. His practice also extends to sports law, corporate crime and regulatory compliance, and he co-coordinates the firm’s sports law team. He has been an arbitrator at the Portuguese Court of Arbitration for Sport since 2019, and a member of the Disciplinary Commission of the International Judo Federation (IJF) since 2013. Miguel acts as counsel in sports litigation cases and provides legal advice in player transfer and football intermediation matters. He is a member of the Portuguese Sports Law Association.
