About Miguel Santos Almeida

Miguel Santos Almeida is a partner at Sérvulo & Associados, in the litigation and arbitration department. His practice also encompasses sports law, corporate crime and regulatory compliance, and he co-coordinates the firm’s sports law team. Miguel has been an arbitrator at the Portuguese Court of Arbitration for Sport since 2019 and a member of the Disciplinary Commission of the International Judo Federation (IJF) since 2013. He acts as counsel in sports litigation cases and provides legal advice on player transfers and football intermediation matters. Miguel is a member of the Portuguese Sports Law Association.
