About Kellie Lerner

Kellie Lerner is a partner at Robins Kaplan and co-chair of the firm’s antitrust and trade regulation practice group. She is a nationally recognised for her work over the last two decades representing clients in high-stakes antitrust disputes across the country. Ms Lerner has successfully led numerous antitrust class actions and currently serves in leadership positions in BCBSM, Inc. v Vyera Pharmaceuticals, LLC, et al., In re Merck Mumps Vaccine Antitrust Litigation, In re Hard Disk Drive Suspension Assemblies Antitrust Litigation, In re Axon Vievu Antitrust Litigation, and In re Fragrance End-User Plaintiff Antitrust Litigation. Ms Lerner previously represented a publicly traded corporation where she successfully obtained a complete dismissal of a federal and multi-state antitrust class action filed against her client. She has also counseled generic pharmaceutical, alternative energy, and entertainment companies on competition issues.
