About Carlijn Tjoa

Carlijn Tjoa specialises in complex corporate and commercial litigation at Finch Dispute Resolution, with a particular focus on shareholder disputes. She represents shareholders in squeeze-out and exit proceedings and has extensive experience in inquiry proceedings before the Dutch Enterprise Chamber.
