Erik Ullberg
is the managing partner of Wistrand’s office in Gothenburg as well as the co-head of Wistrand’s intellectual property and technology, media and communications (IP/TMC) practice area group. He has considerable experience in advising on general business law with a focus on intellectual property, advertising, marketing, IT and data protection as well as public procurement. Erik Ullberg has particular experience in providing advice on matters regarding social media, technology, IT and the advertising and communications industries.
