About Paolo Ludovici

Paolo Ludovici has been a partner of GPBL since 2021 following the merger with L&P – Ludovici Piccone & Partners, a firm he founded in 2014. He advises on all areas of tax law. His expertise includes domestic and international corporate reorganisations, M&A and structured finance transactions, and tax planning for high net worth individuals and trusts. He often acts as an expert in criminal and tax proceedings. He regularly writes for Italian leading financial newspapers as well as for other major tax reviews and magazines. He regularly speaks at tax conferences and lectures in post-graduate specialisation courses.
