About Julio Jiménez Manrique

Julio Jiménez Manrique is a senior associate at bgbg in Mexico and part of the firm’s finance and private capital practice. He specialises in financial, securities and corporate law, advising on private credit, infrastructure project finance, and complex corporate transactions. Julio has experience with domestic and international private equity, public tenders and public-private partnerships. Previously, he worked at two leading Mexican law firms and in the legal department of a major pension fund manager (Afore), where he provided legal counsel in the structuring, negotiation and monitoring of investments in public and private markets in Mexico and abroad.
