About Alexandre Cardoso

Alexandre Cardoso is the head of the labour practice at TozziniFreire and has extensive experience assisting employers in preventive counselling, including global employment, labour compliance, data privacy and social media, confidentiality and non-compete agreements, compensation, and benefits. He also represents companies in negotiations with unions. A significant portion of Alexandre´s practice involves the defence of employers in wrongful termination conflicts, executive employment contracts disputes and in public civil actions filed by the Public Prosecutor’s Office. Alexandre has firmly established himself as one of the leading labour practitioners in Brazil.
