About Fernanda Pimentel

Fernanda Pimentel is partner in the labour and social security practice groups at TozziniFreire. She is highly skilled in defending the interests of companies in relevant individual lawsuits, class actions (including public civil actions filed by the Ministry of Labour Prosecution), Ministry of Labour Prosecution investigations, and collective bargaining. Fernanda is also a specialist in the negotiation and implementation of the voluntary dismissal programme (PDV/PDI) and in the drafting of cessation plan for commercial establishments/business operations.
