About Juliana Zaidan Maluf

Juliana Zaidan Maluf is a partner in the corporate, M&A, private equity and venture capital practices at TozziniFreire Advogados. She assists national and international clients using her expertise in M&A transactions, corporate restructuring, private equity and venture capital investments. Juliana also has international work experience, having been a foreign associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in New York City, where she acted in the area of corporate law and specialised in private equity and M&A transactions. She has recently contributed two articles, “O impacto positivo da pandemia para empresas de tecnologia” (“The Positive Impact of the Pandemic for Technology Companies”) and “O processo de internacionalização das startups” (“The Internationalisation Process for Start-ups”), to MIT Sloan Management Review Brasil.
