Neil Erwin
is a Louisiana local government and land use law attorney. He has over 45 years’ experience in representing municipalities, parishes (counties), and planning commissions, and has served as a two-term President of the Louisiana City Attorneys Association. During his legal career, Neil has had the privilege of representing both governmental bodies and businesses (including Walmart) in land use matters, gaining a unique perspective and understanding of the problems and opportunities of each side.
