About Lavinia Florimo

Lavinia Florimo has been a partner at Delex Law Firm since December 2022. She has nearly a decade of experience in advising clients, consumers and businesses, both in and out of court. She focuses on civil and competition law collective actions, having gained significant experience particularly in the areas of private enforcement of competition law and personal injuries. Between the end of 2022 and the first half of 2023, she initiated four group actions representing more than two hundred heirs of Italian military and civilian citizens interned by the Nazis during World War II, seeking compensation for non-pecuniary damages suffered as a result of imprisonment. Since late 2023 she has been representing hundreds of companies in several large group actions to be filed for damages caused by Italian cartels in the corrugated sheets and boxes market.
