About Lavinia Florimo

Lavinia Florimo has been a partner at Delex since December 2022 and has nearly a decade of experience in advising clients, consumers and businesses. She focuses on civil and competition law collective actions, particularly in the areas of private enforcement of competition law and personal injuries. From late 2022 to early 2023, she initiated four group actions representing more than 200 heirs of Italian military and civilian citizens interned by the Nazis during World War II, seeking compensation for non-pecuniary damages. Since late 2023 she has been representing hundreds of companies in several large group actions for damages caused by Italian cartels in the corrugated sheets and boxes market.
