About Alberto Malta

Alberto Malta is the founder and managing partner of Malta Advogados, where he leads the real estate practice. He holds a master’s degree and is pursuing a PhD in law at the University of Brasília (UnB), where he also taught real estate law from 2017 to 2023. From 2022 to 2024, he chaired the OAB’s National Commission on Structured Real Estate Operations. He specialises in structuring complex real estate transactions and high-impact legal strategies, advising on large-scale projects, contract negotiations with national and international investors and the legal design of investment models involving both public and private sector stakeholders.
