About Aline Benção

Aline Benção is a partner at Malta Advogados. Her practice focuses on collective redress and administrative liability of public officials. She holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Brasília (UnB). Her academic research focused on urgent protection in class actions. Her practice focuses on high-impact litigation before the national councils (CNJ, CNMP) and superior courts (STF, STJ). She specialises in leading collective claims involving the defence of representative entities as well as the rights of their constituents. She also has experience as a professor of collective redress and civil procedure at institutions such as the University of Brasília (UnB).
