About Fellipe Cunha

Fellipe Cunha is a partner at Malta Advogados, where he co-ordinates the government relations practice. He holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Brasília (UnB), complemented by postgraduate diplomas in Public Law (ESMA-DF). His practice is centred on managing strategic advocacy with public bodies and client representation before the Superior Courts. Focusing on Constitutional Law, he advises on complex regulatory frameworks and navigates institutional dynamics, often in support of the firm’s high-impact constitutional and collective litigation.
