About Natalie de Castro Alves
Natalie de Castro Alves
is a partner at Malta Advogados and head of the government relations department. She holds Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Law from the University of Brasília (UnB). She focuses on legislative, regulatory and institutional advocacy, managing strategic engagement with public bodies in support of the firm’s complex collective redress litigation and constitutional cases. She is also the president of Instituto Nós Por Elas (NPE), a non-profit “committed to combating violence against women”. In this role, she frequently leads the institute’s amicus curiae representations in high-impact human rights and collective redress cases before the Supreme Federal Court (STF). She also serves as vice president of the UnB Law Alumni Association.
