About Lalita Sriboonruang

Lalita Sriboonruang is an associate at MSC International Law Office with years of experience in litigation, civil and family law, criminal law, corporate law, capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions. Lalita has advised clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters, with a strong background in dispute resolution and corporate advisory. Prior to joining MSC Law, Lalita worked with leading Thai and international firms, including Siam Legal International Co, Ltd and ICR (Thailand) Limited. She holds an LLB with first-class honours from Chiang Mai University, is a barrister-at-law at the Thai Bar Under Royal Patronage and is certified by the Lawyers Council of Thailand and as a notarial services attorney.
