About Tirayu Songdacha

Tirayu Songdacha is a senior associate at MSC International Law Office with over 12 years of experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital markets, corporate governance, foreign direct investment, corporate and commercial matters, and taxation. He previously served as a legal counsel at a multinational industrial company and worked as an associate at leading international and domestic law firms in Thailand prior to joining MSC Law. He holds both LLB and LLM degrees from Chulalongkorn University and a financial adviser’s licence from the Association of Thai Securities Companies.
