About Michelle Funk

Michelle Funk is a partner with BAL, leading the Tysons office. She concentrates her immigration law practice on representing clients – including healthcare providers, business professionals and technology firms – in a variety of business immigration matters. She advises on all aspects of the immigration process, from nonimmigrant visas to permanent residence, with a focus on H-1B visas, PERM applications and establishing corporate immigration programmes. She has represented clients at US embassies abroad and before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. Michelle received her Juris Doctor from Georgetown University and is admitted to the State Bar of Maryland.
