Bob Cornish
is the Managing Shareholder of the firm bearing his name. Prior to forming the firm, Bob worked in-house with a large money management firm and its affiliates, including its broker-dealer and mutual fund complex, as well as with a family office and prominent US law firms. Bob has been a leader in the EB-5 and digital assets litigation. Most recently, Bob was involved with Wyoming’s cutting-edge legislation on digital assets. Bob is admitted to practice in NY, DC, WY, TN and AR and various federal courts.
