About Feng Cheng

Feng Cheng is the partner at Topcom China Law Offices in Shanghai. Feng is experienced in advising clients in regions including government affairs and compliance, general corporate and dispute resolution. She received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Law from the East China University of Political Science and Law and the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Feng has represented clients in industries including food, gaming and e-sport, health care and TMT. Feng has participated and assisted in handling compliance investigation of PRC state-owned enterprises and MNCs. Feng also has experience in representing large corporates in civil and commercial litigation cases.
