About Joyce Xie

Joyce Xie is the founding partner at Topcom China Law Offices in Shanghai. She focuses her practice on regulatory compliance, corporate matters, outbound investment and dispute resolution. Joyce received her Master’s degrees in Law from East China University of Political Science and Law. She has provided legal services to numerous multinational companies and large Chinese state-owned enterprises in food and agriculture, consumer products, health care, pharmaceuticals and medical devices, and TMT industries for their complex legal matters, covering cross-border transaction, M&A, IP protection and crisis management. Joyce has also represented clients in high-profile regulatory compliance matters and government investigations.
