About Muhyadin Mohamud

Muhyadin Mohamud is a junior associate at Everaert Advocaten. He assists corporate and private clients with obtaining residence permits and visas for employment-based purposes and family reunification. In recent years, he has gained experience in advising on application procedures involving residency based on religious grounds and maritime-based immigration. Having started his career at Everaert as a student-intern in 2019 and then working as a paralegal, Muhyadin was admitted to the bar in 2022 and has been practising at Everaert ever since. Since 2024, he has been an author for the leading commentary on Dutch immigration law.
