About Marta González-Llera

Marta González-Llera is a partner and the head of Cases & Lacambra’s real estate practice in Spain. She has an extensive understanding of the real estate cycle in Spain, allowing her to provide bespoke legal advice to foreign investors in cross-border transactions in the Spanish market. Marta acts mainly for hedge funds, family offices, private equity firms, developers and construction companies comprising acquisitions and divestments through share deals, asset deals and credit portfolios. Her expertise includes a variety of real estate assets, such as land, residential buildings and offices. She has broad expertise and focuses on the hospitality sector as well as the drafting and negotiation of all types of real estate contracts.
