Danila Kriuchkov is an associate in the corporate and M&A team at Habib Al Mulla & Partners. Danila focuses on corporate, M&A, joint ventures, foreign direct investments and virtual assets. He advises multinational clients on various aspects of doing business in the UAE and GCC countries. Danila also focuses on structuring of UHNWIs and HNWIs family wealth and holdings vehicles in the UAE, including through trusts and foundations. Danila has also advised multinational clients on trade, commercial, regulatory and sanctions matters. He also served as counsel at the holding company of Russian energy and fertilizers exporters, giving him unique insight into the legal and commercial needs of large industrial groups.
