About Laura Kennedy

Laura Kennedy is a partner in ALG’s corporate and M&A practice. Laura specialises in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings, with particular experience advising on private equity transactions acting for PE sponsors, their portfolio companies, founders and management teams. Laura also advises on general corporate governance and commercial advisory matters. Laura advises a wide range of domestic and international corporations – both public and private and for private equity funds and financial institutions – with significant operations in Ireland.
