Jirapat Thammavaranucupt has extensive experience advising on infrastructure projects and public-private partnerships (PPP), as well as the drafting of legislation and regulations in relation to PPP in Thailand. He was entrusted to advise the government of Thailand in the drafting of the Public-Private Partnership Act (B.E. 2562) (2019) and has provided counsel on the establishment of the current framework for PPPs in the Eastern Economic Corridor. He advises TTT & Partners’ private and public sector clients on airport, rail, port, energy and digital park projects, as well as capital markets and M&A.
