About Felipe Berríos

Felipe Berríos is director of the Criminal Law Division at Winter Etcheberry, and offers outstanding team leadership skills. His practice focuses on leading teams in complex litigation, drawing on his experience within the Chilean judiciary, where he was part of the criminal investigation team in a high-profile case involving fraud against the State by the Chilean army. He holds a Master’s Degree in Criminal Law and has served as a teaching assistant in criminal law courses, as well as a research assistant on justice-related topics.
