About Jorge Cabrera

Jorge Cabrera is a partner at Winter Etcheberry (2024), specialising in white-collar crime. He was admitted to the Bar in Chile in 2008, and has broad experience in complex litigation. His main practice comprises the defence of clients in white-collar and environmental crimes. In addition to his experience in criminal litigation, he has an LLM and a PhD in Criminal Law, and teaches on several postgraduate courses in Chilean universities. He is also an accomplished author and former academic director of postgraduate programmes in Criminal Law. He currently serves as a professor of criminal procedure at the Universidad del Desarrollo Law School.
