About Jorge Cabrera

Jorge Cabrera is a partner at Winter Etcheberry. He specialises in criminal law, with a particular focus on white-collar crime and international assistance in criminal matters. He was admitted to the Bar in Chile in 2008. His recent work includes advising and representing clients in complex financial, corruption and environmental crime cases and appearing before the Chilean courts. In addition to his experience in criminal litigation, he has an LLM and a PhD in Criminal Law and teaches on several postgraduate courses in Chilean universities. He is also an accomplished author and former academic director of postgraduate programmes in criminal law.
