About Jaime Winter

Jaime Winter is founding partner of Winter Etcheberry (2023), and has extensive experience in white-collar crime litigation and compliance. Admitted to the Bar in Chile in 2010 and formerly head of litigation at Albagli Zaliasnik, he has broad ability as a strategist in complex litigation, representing clients in white-collar cases with many variables (regulatory, political and communicational). He is a professor at the University of Chile, where he has directed postgraduate programmes in Economic Criminal Law and serves on the Academic Committee of the Master’s in Corporate Criminal Law. He is also an accomplished author and former editor of the Chilean Journal of Criminal Sciences.
