About Ewa Lejman

Ewa Lejman is a partner, attorney-at-law and qualified tax adviser with extensive experience in advising international businesses and investors in Poland. Her tax practice includes a particular specialism in alternative investment structures, advising on tax structuring, ongoing tax matters and tax rulings. She also advises on the tax aspects of cross-border investments, M&A and corporate structuring. Ewa’s international tax practice includes close co-operation with multi-jurisdictional law firm WH Partners, and she is responsible for Żyglicka & Partners’ relations with Ally Law, a global network of independent law firms. Ewa is also a member of the New York State Bar Association.
