About Rhys Bane

Rhys Bane is a senior associate with Lubbers, Boer & Douma. Rhys specialises in international tax law and international aspects of Dutch corporate income tax and withholding taxes, with a focus on US-based multinationals. Prior to joining Lubbers, Boer & Douma, Rhys worked as a lawyer and tax adviser for a global business law firm in Amsterdam. Rhys also regularly publishes on the topic of MAPs and arbitration and is currently writing a dissertation on the topic as an external PhD candidate at Leiden University. Rhys is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisors (NOB).
