About Brian Hsieh

Brian Hsieh is a partner at Formosa Transnational. He focuses his practice on the areas of intellectual property, administrative law, competition law and data protection. He has counselled on and handled a wide range of regulatory and administrative law matters for many global companies in the technology, e-commerce and online platform industries. Brian has taught constitutional/administrative law at academic institutions for many years. He currently chairs the Taipei Bar Association Academic Exchange Committee as well as the Taiwan Criminal Defense Attorney Association’s Education and Training Committee.
