About Brian Hsieh

Brian Hsieh is a partner at Formosa Transnational. He focuses his practice on the areas of intellectual property, administrative law, competition law and data protection. He has counselled on and handled a wide range of regulatory and administrative law matters for many global companies in the technology, e-commerce and online platform industries. Dr Hsieh has taught constitutional/administrative law at academic institutions for years. He currently chairs the Taipei Bar Association Academic Exchange Committee as well as the Taiwan Criminal Defense Attorney Association’s Education and Training Committee.
