About David Meza

David Meza is a senior associate in Clyde & Co's Santiago office and has extensive experience in advising owners, sponsors, EPC contractors and state-owned companies on international construction claims and disputes in the mining, infrastructure and energy sectors. David's practical experience includes serving as an in-house counsel for two of Latin America's largest construction companies, where he handled disputes arising from EPC contracts for major infrastructure projects across Colombia, Peru, and Mexico. He has acted in several arbitration cases under ICSID, PCA, and ICC rules, and is currently focused on defects disputes arising from critical solar and wind energy projects in Chile.
