About Juan Pablo Halpern

Juan Pablo Halpern is a partner in Clyde & Co's Santiago office and heads the Chile offering of the global projects and construction group. He is a highly regarded construction law specialist in Latin America and provides contract drafting and strategic project advice for high-value complex projects, as well as dispute resolution. With 20 years of practice in the field, he has experience in all forms of construction contracts in a wide range of sectors in Chile and in Latin America, including DB, BOT, EPC/TK and EPCM contracting. He recently advised a Canadian mining company on the development of two major infrastructure projects in Chile.
