About Amir Nassihi

Amir Nassihi is the co-chair of Shook, Hardy & Bacon’s class action and appellate litigation practice. His practice is dedicated to defending companies in class actions and aggregated litigation. Amir is recognised as one of the leading products class action lawyers in the United States, and regularly speaks on strategies to defend high-stakes class actions. Amir has led the defence of over 150 class actions throughout the United States, including successfully leading the defence of class actions with multibillion-dollar exposure. He has defended national and international class actions in the United States and abroad. Amir is a member of the Defense Research Institute.
