About Jan-Ove Becker

Jan-Ove Becker leads Littler’s Hamburg office and is a key contributor to Littler’s European operations. He advises companies on national and international employment and labour law, focusing on corporate restructurings and transactions, labour-relations matters and negotiations with works councils. His vast experience has made him the go-to counsel for many well-known technology and media companies, as well as companies from traditional industries and emerging start-ups. For six years, Jan-Ove led the Labor Law Section of the International Young Lawyers Association (AIJA) and he is a member of the Steering Committee of the International Employment Law Forum. He is also a member of Littler’s Business & Human Rights and AI & Technology practice groups.
