About Lukas Heber

Lukas Heber is an attorney at Littler in Hamburg. He represents employers, in particular from the logistics industry, in litigation and counselling matters. His litigation practice focuses primarily on separation processes. Dr Heber provides clients with pragmatic strategies in works constitution law, negotiations with works councils, and labour law compliance. He is a member of Littler Germany’s Business & Human Rights practice group and regularly publishes thought leadership articles, including on Germany’s Supply Chain Act.
