About Helena Rönqvist

Helena Rönqvist is the head of the IT/IP and media law practice at Magnusson Sweden. She has nearly 20 years of experience as a Swedish lawyer, with a background in both private practice and in-house legal roles. Before joining Magnusson in 2018, she worked as in-house legal counsel for a global IT and technology company. Helena advises clients in highly regulated industries, including fintech, on legal matters related to IT/IP, contracts, licensing, data protection and technology law. Her experience enables her to provide comprehensive legal support in navigating complex regulatory frameworks.
